ORDERING
Please take note that by submitting the order implies your intention of confirming an item. Thus items not paid within the timeframe of 24hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.
We will take legal actions against fraud cases. So please do not try to fake a payment if you seriously did not make any.
IMAGES
All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission.
Modparade makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage.
We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to us within 14 days after purchase. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
For all returns, please kindly email us at sales@modparade.com for a copy of a return notice to be accompanied when mailing/returning your defected/wrong item back to us via postage or walk in to our boutique.
For items that are deem defected by Modparade, we will have it exchange for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, Modparade strictly do not entertain any forms of refunds. If returned via postage, full amount of postage will be borned by Modparade.
There is strictly no exchange nor refund policy for items that does not fit.
PRICING & TRANSACTION
All the prices stated on the site are final, non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges. Modparade do not do any form of reservations or trades.
Modparade reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion. Modparade also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
