ORDER
How do I place an order?
- Select a category of your choice, Eg: New collection, Tops or Bottoms and browse through the items.
- Click on a specific product you would like to view in greater detail.
- Under the product page, choose the quantity and click “Add to cart”. After adding, you will notice on the top right hand corner, there will be a bracket with the number of items you had added into your shopping bag.
- You may repeat step 1 to continue browsing through the rest of the items you might be interested in.
- You can also view the items inside your cart by clicking “View Cart” inside the product page.
- Click “Continue shopping” to add more items into your cart.
- Finally when you have finished, proceed to the checkout and follow the quick and simple instructions.
- You can choose to check out without having an account.
- An account has been automatically created for you in the process, you may like to take down the details and log in to your account to change the password. However, there will be no obligations if in the future you prefer to order the items without having an account.
- Next, you will receive a payment advice (invoice) email after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours.
- Within the next 36 hours, we will verify your payment and send you an email once your payment has been verified.
- You should receive your item(s) in 4-6 days, excluding weekends once we have verified your payment.
- You may also check your order status by clicking on “Order status” located at the top right hand corner and key in the order number without having to log in to your account.
Modparade reserves the right to relase your items if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.
PAYMENT MODE
For local buyers, we accept:
- DBS/ POSB Internet bank transfer
- DBS/ POSB ATM transfer (ATM transfer customers to provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose)
- Interbank transfer
- PAYPAL (there will be an additional service charge of 5% on top of any other charges)
- Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex via Paypal
For international buyers, we accept:
- PAYPAL (there will be an additional service charge of 5% on top of any other charges)
- Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex via Paypal
DELIVERY
All our local and international parcels are being delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out.
Local normal postage charges:
- Apparel: SGD$1.50
- Accessories: SGD$1.00
- Bags & Shoes: SGD$2.50
For every subsequent item, it will be an additional of SGD$0.50.
Local registered postage charges:
- Apparel: SGD$2.25 (additional on top of the total normal postage charges)
- Accessories: SGD$2.25 (additional on top of the total normal postage charges)
- Bags & Shoes: SGD$2.25 (additional on top of the total normal postage charges)
International postage charges:
We do ship internationally! Shipping charges are auto-generated by the system according to the location of your country. Transit time is between 5-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.
Backorder items postage charges (Local)
Please take note that Modparade do not accept combined postage for backorder items as item will arrive at a different timing. Therefore there will be two seperate shipping calculations done by the system.
Local normal postage charges:
- Apparel: SGD$1.50 per design
- Accessories: SGD$1.00 per design
- Bags & Shoes: SGD$2.50 per design
For every subsequent item of the same design (if you were to order 2 or more of the same item), it will be an additional of SGD$0.50.
Local registered postage charges:
- Apparel: SGD$2.25 (additional on top of normal postage charge per design)
- Accessories: SGD$2.25 (additional on top of normal postage charge per design)
- Bags & Shoes: SGD$2.25 (additional on top of normal postage charge per design)
Example for a customer staying in Singapore:
- Item A (instock) + Item B (instock) + Item C (backorder) + Item D (backorder)
Shipping charges will be:
(Instock items via normal postage) SGD$1.50 + SGD$0.50 = SGD$2.00
(Backorder items via normal postage) SGD$1.50 + SGD$1.50 = SGD$3.00
TOTAL SHIPPING CHARGES: SGD$5.00 (this amount will be tabulated by the system)
(Instock items via registered postage) SGD$1.50 + SGD$0.50 + SGD$2.25 = SGD$4.25
(Backorder items via registered postage) SGD$1.50 + SGD$1.50 + SGD$2.25 + $2.25 = SGD$7.50
TOTAL SHIPPING CHARGES: SGD$12.00 (this amount will be tabulated by the system)
Self collection now available at our boutique.
Location of self collection will be at 64 Haji Lane Singapore 189257.
Collection can only be done once payment has been done and verified.
